Raymond Lei is a principal software engineering at Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources. With 2013 sales of $13 billion and 45,000 associates, Ecolab delivers comprehensive solutions and on-site service to promote safe food, maintain clean environments, optimize water and energy use and improve operational efficiencies for customers in the food, healthcare, energy, hospitality and industrial markets in more than 170 countries around the world.

Prior to joining Ecolab, Raymond was a mobile application developer for PeopleNet, the leading provider of innovative Internet-based and integrated onboard computing and mobile communications systems for effective fleet management, that reduces costs, increases safety and compliance and improves customer service for fleets coast-to-coast and throughout Canada.

He also has more than 5 years of experience in various stages of medical device development. Prior to PeopleNet, he worked at Devicix, a privately held medical system design firm recently acquired by contract electronics manufacturer Nortech System Inc.

Raymond Lei received his Master of Science degree in electrical engineering and Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and computer engineering from St. Cloud State University.
